Portable environmental data logger housing — internal V1 project combining functional design and thermal management. Designed and printed in-house from scratch.
ESP32 Development Board Enclosure
Two-part 3D printed enclosure for an ESP32-WROOM development board: a slotted ventilation lid, a side opening for the USB cable, and brass threaded inserts so the lid can be opened and closed again and again.
NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Enclosure
Two-part enclosure designed around the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano developer kit (P3766): a fan opening and side vents for cooling, a removable front panel with a cut-out for every port, and brass threaded inserts for repeated assembly.

Clean, ventilated housing for network hardware with integrated cable management channels and a stackable form factor.
Graduation Signet Ring
Detailed 3D CAD model of a PhD graduation ring, made for machining a single unit on CNC: the school's emblem as 0.1–0.6 mm relief, Greek-key borders and an engraved shank.
Monitor Arm Extension
A 120 mm load-bearing extension in standard PLA. The strength comes from a dual-wall socket, a stress calculation and tuned print settings, not from the material.
Advanced Mechanical Fasteners
Custom fastener system designed for specific load requirements and assembly constraints, printed in engineering-grade Nylon for wear resistance.
